Meet Your Attorney

Juliane Murphy Brumbaugh is a trial attorney, mediator, and founder of Brumbaugh Law. She represents business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals in complex legal disputes across Florida. Her litigation approach is holistic, business-minded and focused on getting you back to what matters most.


Juliane began her legal career defending homeowners in foreclosure litigation before joining the Ninth Judicial Circuit’s Public Defender Office in Osceola County, Florida. As a public defender, Juliane conducted over 25 jury trials in various criminal matters. In 2018, Juliane decided to bring her courtroom experience to the boardroom and refocused her practice exclusively on business litigation. Juliane remains committed to helping her clients resolve complex business matters and adversarial proceedings in probate and bankruptcy.  Today, Juliane is a Partner at Nardella & Nardella PLLC serving business and professional clients in a variety of matters, and is the owner of Brumbaugh Law (Orlando Litigation Lawyer).

 

As a result of her science background and forensic science training, Juliane brings a unique scientific approach to each case allowing her to quickly analyze complicated fact patterns and identify the various outcomes possible. Her approach allows her to anticipate and prepare for all scenarios in order to deliver results in (and out) of the courtroom. 

 

Juliane is also a mother to three beautiful girls, a former murder podcast host, business owner and a member of Discovery Church in Winter Garden, Florida – bringing real-world perspective to her practice and clients.
